Nick Loudermilk, Director of Racquets

 

Originally from California, Nick Loudermilk is an RSPA Elite Professional with more than 25 years of experience in the racquets industry. Known for his energy, passion and ability to connect with players of all levels, Nick specializes in doubles strategy, stroke development, USTA team practices, junior programming and social events.

Nick joins The Ritz-Carlton Bacara from The Club at Old Hawthorne in Missouri, where he spent seven years as Director of Racquets, building one of the Midwest’s premier programs. A former #1 singles and doubles player at Bakersfield College, Nick also competed professionally in pickleball, earning more than 20 gold medals at the open level. Nick holds certifications from the RSPA, PPR, IPTPA, CRSE and DCA.

Ryan Chung, Tennis Professional

 

Ryan Chung is a Santa Barbara native who began his tennis journey at a young age, playing for Santa Barbara High School before continuing his athletic career at Santa Barbara City College and Westmont College. At Westmont, Ryan competed for three years and was named team captain his senior year. He earned his B.A. in Psychology in 2020.

Jorge Perez, Pickleball Professional

 

Jorge is a former high-level tennis and racquetball player who found his passion for pickleball in 2022 and hasn’t looked back. He has coached at Dynamite Pickleball Club, Swell Athletic Club, and Municipal Park Stadium in Santa Barbara. Known for his fun, energetic style, Jorge focuses on bringing people together through lessons, clinics, round robins, leagues, and tournaments, always mixing competition with enjoyment.

Daniel Barrington, Racquets Professional

 

Daniel Barrington is a longtime SoCal tennis player and coach with over 13 years of coaching experience across all levels, from beginners to competitive juniors and adults. He played for Santa Barbara City College in 2013 before captaining the UCSB Club Tennis team in 2016/17, and returned to compete with UCSB Club Tennis this past year (2025/26). Known for his high-energy, player-first coaching style, Daniel brings deep competitive experience and a passion for developing players of every age and ability.
